What You’ll Receive

When you work with Luxescape, here’s what you can expect as part of your professional 3D landscape design package:

      • 2D Site Plan: Accurate dimensions and hardscape layout

      • 3D Concept Renders: Detailed visualisations of your future garden

      • Plant List & Materials Schedule: Quantities and specifications for suppliers/builders

      • Site Visit: Territory Manager will call to schedule

Process Highlights

Your journey with Luxescape follows a smooth, client-first process designed to deliver outstanding results:

    1. Initial Consultation: Discuss your vision, preferences, and budget with a Territory Manager.
    2. First Draft Presentation: Receive your initial design, review it, and request one round of revisions during the first Zoom meeting.
    3. Plant List Revision: Update plant preferences (size, type, quantity) with a one-time revision request via email.
    4. Final Presentation: Experience the completed design with a video flythrough and detailed planting plan during your second Zoom meeting.
    5. Project Delivery: Access your final design package via a shared Google Drive link.

Meeting Policy

To ensure a focused and efficient design process, the following meeting structure applies:

  • Two Zoom Meetings Included:
    • Initial Consultation – Live design drafting and vision discussion via Zoom.
    • Final Review – Refining details, colour/material selection, planting ideas, and additional proposals to enhance the design.
  • 1 Planting Plan Revision: A one-time change to update plant preferences (e.g., size, type, quantity). This will be requested and confirmed via email.
  • Additional Meetings: Any meeting requests beyond the two included will incur additional charges. Payment for these must be made upfront.

Revision Policy

    • One Revision Included:
        • One round of revisions can be requested during the first Zoom meeting to refine the design.
        • A one-time plant list revision can also be requested via email.
    • Additional Revisions: Any further revisions beyond the included ones are subject to additional charges and must be paid for upfront.

Slope Levy

Some projects may require additional charges for steeper terrains or challenging features like pools or spas.

    • Why Slope Levy is Necessary:
      Steeper sites require extra time and care to model changes in elevation, ensuring accuracy in your final design.
      Features like retaining walls and steps significantly impact your overall design and require detailed modeling.
    • Pool/Spa Design Considerations:
      Proper placement, paving surrounds, safety barriers, and equipment housing (pump, heater) are critical to creating a safe and beautiful outdoor space.

What Happens After the Design?

Once your design is complete, you’ll receive:

    • A secure Google Drive link containing all files, including your 3D design, video flythrough, and planting plan.
    • A detailed email summarizing your options for the next steps:
      • Plant Supply Services: Work with our partner nurseries to bring your design to life.
      • Construction Support: Connect with trusted landscapers or contractors to execute your design.
      • Ongoing Maintenance: Ensure your garden thrives with professional maintenance services.

If you require further assistance after the project is complete, feel free to reach out to your Territory Manager.

Terms & Conditions

  • Payment for all additional services, revisions, or meetings is required upfront.
  • Luxescape is not responsible for any construction delays or issues beyond the scope of the design process.
  • Clients must provide all required documents and site details promptly to avoid delays.

FAQs

Additional revisions, including design and planting plan changes, are available for an extra cost, which must be paid upfront. Contact your Territory Manager for a custom quote.

Your final design package, including 2D design plan, 3D images, and planting plan, will be uploaded to a Google Drive folder. A secure link will be emailed to you.

Special features like pools, spas, or steep slopes may incur additional charges. These will be discussed during your consultation and included in your quote.
